Shipping Tai Chi Coin Campaign Rewards over the next couple weeks!

Hi Backers!

The Coins arrived safely from the mint and I have been able to finish making the Exhibit Modules.  I'll be shipping out rewards over the next couple of weeks, so keep a look out for your tracking info (emailed from Backerkit).  I'll post another update when all packages are in the mail.  Please note: I ship based on efficient packaging groups, not in order of backer number. 

There are still a few incomplete Backerkit surveys out there.  If you didn't receive an email with a link to your survey, or if you just misplaced it, reach out to me personally and I'll point you in the right direction.

Hi Everyone!

The links to your Backerkit survey for The Tai Chi Coin campaign have been sent to your email addresses.  They will arrive From: COINCIDE, Subject: Response Needed — Get your reward for The Tai Chi Coin

Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Please complete the survey in a timely fashion so I can have final counts for production.  Once I have enough surveys completed I will “lock the orders”, which is when your cards will be charged for shipping and anything you may have added-on in Backerkit.

For those that may be new to the process, the Backerkit survey platform is an efficient way for me to confirm your order, collect shipping addresses and shipping fees, and give you the opportunity to add-on more items if you wish to do so.  The survey platform has a Need Help? link at the top right of the page, or you can always reach out directly to me through Kickstarter direct message or by email at [email protected].

Here's to another great campaign!  So many thanks to our collectors who have helped bring this series to life!    Jason  

For those that are new to the process, below is a brief explanation of the next steps.  I'll keep you posted as we progress:

  •  Kickstarter uses the first 14-28 day window for processing pledges and transferring the funds. I usually receive the funds in 14 days.  Kickstarter will send you a notice if there is any problems with your credit card information.
  •  *CRITICAL STEP* - After that two week period I will send you a survey through a platform called Backerkit where you will confirm your order details and have the option to add-on more coins if you wish.  This is where you will pay shipping charges based on the weight of your total order. (Be on the lookout for an email from Backerkit)
  • Once the Backerkit surveys are "locked in", I can place the coin order with our manufacturer.  In the mean time we will be getting all the other materials ready like the Exhibit modules, packaging and booklets.

Questions?  Please send me a direct message through Kickstarter with any specific questions.  Direct messaging is much more efficient than placing questions in the "comments" thread.
